Parkinson Group (Aust) has been operating a formal Quality System for over 12 years in line with VicRoads requirements. The QA system has been modified to enable third party certification to the CCF's IMS system, which was achieved in June 2004 (CCF Reg No. P316/04).
The Quality System is designed to demonstrate control of all our systems and construction activities, including maintenance services to be provided by Parkinson Group (Aust) Contract Works. The system is made up of documentation levels. Level one is the Quality Assurance Manual in accordance with the CCF's IMS, the Quality Policy of the company and the overall structure and management responsibility of our people.
Level two of the Quality System consists of the Quality Procedures. These procedures control all general functions, which have an impact on the quality of services and products CUJA P/L provides to its clients.
Level three of the Quality System is made up of the specific work instructions which are aimed expressly at an individual job level. These procedures are constantly reviewed to ensure the procedures accurately reflect company work methods and best possible processes.
Through the adherence to the formalized Quality Assurance procedures and checklists, the company would be able to guarantee the quality of works completed for the customer. This is a result of best work practices being used on all occasions. It also makes it possible to trace common or recurring problems, so that additional resources or improvements can be targeted to reduce the companies overall operating costs. Parkinson Group (Aust)'s Corporate Quality Manual is pre-registered with VicRoads. The VicRoads Registration number is QM 0036 / 12925. |
